Road Map 

Step 1: Admission Notice

Follow the newspapers or visit the university website http://www.uol.edu.pk for admission notice. Regular intakes open twice a year, first in June/July and second in Nov. /Dec. When the admissions are open, visit the admissions office at the Defence Road Campus, University of Lahore or call at 0423 2300 865 Ext. 5253-55 for any queries regarding our programs or the admission procedure.

In order to apply you must buy a prospectus from the admissions office for PKR 1500. We also offer dispatch of prospectus to home facility. For a dispatch order, send a bank draft of PKR 1700 addressed to the admission office UoL Defense Road Campus Lahore with a return envelope with the postal address written on it.

Step 2: Application Process

Go to the online admission portal of the University of Lahore https://admissions.uol.edu.pk and Register as New Applicant. You just need to have a valid email address for applying. Detailed instructions are provided on the admission webpage. The email address you use for logging in to online application system will be used for all admission related correspondence.

If you need help for applying online, you can avail the on campus facility of applying on line under the guidance of IT helpers. The admission office will guide you to the IT lab for lodging online application. You will need following items for your application:

 

1. Voucher number that you will find on the application form provided in the prospectus. Keep in mind that you are not required filling in the hard copy of the admission application form. The only requirement is to fill in the online form. However, the voucher number you need to feed in to the online application is provided only on the application form in the prospectus.

  1. Soft copies (scanned) of your matric and intermediate or O levels and A levels result intimations and certificates.
  2. Soft copy of your CNIC.
  3. Any additional documents you think can support your application positively.

Once you have completed your online application, you will receive a confirmation message and the schedule of the interview in your email box.

 

Step 3: Selection & Registration

If you are found qualifying for admission offer after scrutiny of your application documents submitted online, you will be invited for an interview. You are advised to bring your original documents with you when you appear for the admission interview. There is no written test for admission to our BSSS program as yet. If you are finally selected for admission offer after your interview, you will receive an offer letter and a voucher via email for depositing the admission fee.

You are then advised to deposit your admission and the tuition fee for the first semester in the Allied Bank (approximately PKR 60,000+20,000 = 80,000; installments possible if needed). Visit the University accounts office in the basement of the EE Building for installments. After depositing the fee your particulars are automatically updated in the system. Thereafter you are registered at the department and supposed to report to the admin staff (Mr. Atta ul Ghalib) on the date communicated to you by our admin staff. Mr Ghalib will inform you about the orientation and timetable so that you can join your regular classes timely.
